  • How do I remove the the scanner from my computer after completing the scan?

    In order to run the Crucial System Scanner on Linux, you will need to use a Windows emulator (software that allows your system behave like Windows). Alternatively, you can use our Upgrade Selector tool that can help you find compatible upgrades for any system.

    The Crucial System Scanner doesn’t install anything on your computer, so once you have completed a scan, simply delete the downloaded CrucialScan.exe file to remove the scanner from your computer.
